- Lay down some navigation mark(s)
- Go to "edit session"
- Add "navigation display" (looks a little different to the video due to icon sets change).
- Highlight the navigation display line and click the edit button on the bottom of the display.
- Set a "Unique set ID" - this will be how you reference this navigation set.
- A list of tasks should be in one set.
- Add instructions. Automatic means that when the player touches the icon, the instruction is set. Other options are manual, and require stop. A manual setting requires another rule to satisfy that point being complete - see below.
- Other instrutions can allow points to be skipped, done out of order, etc.
- Instruction sets can be allocated to specific loco, or be global.
- Set up a rule - a passenger stop for example. Make this one automatic with a message such as passenger stop.
-
Add a second rule for the same nav point with manual completion and a message "passengers boarding"
- Add "wait on navigation point" which waits for the point to be visited.
- Add subrule to wait 20 seconds
- add a navigation point complete rule to mark the nav point complete as an indent.
-
The chain of events will be:
- The train stops on the point, satisfying the first rule automatically.
- The second rule is manual, waiting for the message from the navigation complete rule to trigger, which is a sub rule of the wait on navigationn point rule to happen.
